Networking Partnership Initiative (NPI)
We build connections with over 200 partners to ensure English speakers can access healthcare, social services, and resources in their language. Through advocacy, outreach, and collaboration, we work to remove barriers and create a healthier, more inclusive Laurentian community.
Networking and Partnership Initiative
About our program
The NPI program, funded by the Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) and Health Canada, strengthens access to health and social services for the English-speaking minority in the Laurentians. Through advocacy, collaboration, and community mobilization, NPI addresses service gaps and promotes equity.

Representation
Amplifying the voice of English speakers on advisory boards, decision-making committees, and policy discussions to ensure their perspectives are heard.
Networking
Bringing together community groups, public institutions, and stakeholders to identify challenges, exchange ideas, and develop collaborative solutions.
Awareness
Sharing research, statistics, and best practices to guide programs, policies, and services that respond to community needs.

Building collaborative projects with healthcare and social service providers to enhance access, quality, and inclusivity of services.

LESAN – A Collective Voice
As part of NPI, we coordinate the Laurentian English Services Advisory Network (LESAN), a roundtable of community members, public institutions, and organizations. LESAN fosters dialogue, develops joint initiatives, and ensures the needs of the English-speaking population are identified, prioritized, and addressed through coordinated action.
