Social and Economic Development
Through partnerships, workshops, and cultural initiatives, we empower individuals to thrive and foster inclusive regional development.
About our program
Our department works to enhance the visibility, vitality, and opportunities of English-speaking communities across the Laurentians. With the support of partners such as SRQEA, Heritage Canada, Dialogue McGill, and the CISSS des Laurentides, we address barriers to education, employment, healthcare access, and civic participation. As chair of the Regional Access Committee, we advocate for equitable access to healthcare and social services in English.
